Only high quality cuts are used to make these product lines.

The maturing takes place in special cells with controlled temperature and humidity and studied to obtain a product of the highest quality.

The Carne Salada of Fattoria Fontetto has also been awarded 2 consecutive 3-star awards at the Bellavita Expo in London, one of the most important European events for the Italian food & beverage industry.

The ham is instead matured in Meldola (Forlì-Cesena, Italy) where the conditions for aging are excellent.
